My wife and I connected with Matt about a year ago to
discuss refinancing. He put the work in but told us it was not in our best
interest to go that route. We appreciated the honesty. It seemed like he was
actually looking out for us and not looking to close the next deal. When we recently
decided to sell our condo and buy a home, there was no doubt that Matt was the
person we needed to contact. A few emails and a phone call later, we got things
started and were headed in the right direction with Matt and his team. They were
easy to work with, fast, helpful, and on time. Our situation was a little
unusual in that our closing was about 45 days away but they were not going to
wait around. Everything was finished two weeks before closing. We even walked
into our closing with the confidence that everything we needed was in order thanks
to the hard work of Matt and his team.
