My husband and I wanted to refinance our
home. Our circumstances where a little bit unusual. We had spoken with
SunTrust Bank who was the current lender about doing the refinance. They
wouldn’t give us the time of day. We spoke with several different people
employed by SunTrust who showed no concern nor regard for our situation. We
spoke with Matt Helton at Caliber Home loans and he said he would do everything
he could to help us. Matt and his staff kept us informed throughout the
process. They were determined to get our refinance done and stayed on top of
everything. I can’t praise Matt and his staff enough for the utmost
in customer service. They went above and
beyond to help us get this done. If you have a unique set of circumstances
don’t give up. Give Matt a call. He may not be able to work it out but If Matt can’t do it no body can. He saved us $1800.00 in our payment! Thank you
